Due to the immediate access nature of digital items, downloadable files, keys, and virtual services, all sales are final and non-refundable once delivered or activated.
2. Support & Replacements
We want to ensure your purchase works as intended. A replacement key or refund will only be considered under the following conditions:
The delivered key or digital item is proven defective or unusable upon delivery, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.
You contact Astro support within 48 hours of purchase with clear proof of the issue.
3. Dispute & Chargeback Policy
Opening a dispute or chargeback with your payment provider without contacting Astro support first violates this agreement. In the event of an unauthorized chargeback:
All associated keys, licenses, and accounts will be permanently revoked.
You will be permanently banned from future purchases across Astro and partner networks.
Evidence including IP logs, delivery timestamps, and agreed terms will be submitted to the payment processor to contest the dispute.
